    A) An initial technical visit to your property or site
      You will be accompanied by our local agent who will:
    1. - Introduce or put you, the client, in touch with the local Maire (Mayor),
    2. - Assist you in meeting neighbours available at the time of your visit,
    3. - Inspect your property and make the first assessment,
    4. - Make a survey of your property and its boundaries, including photographic record of its current state.
    5. - Discuss on site the client’s requirements, and record.
    B) A report that will show the details of the initial assessment
      Including photos, drawings, suggestions, it will highlight any problems. In addition, it will provide information relating to services, locality and facilities. According to your requirements and the possibilities, we will set up a planning for “what we do next”.
    C) A benefit from access to prompt assistance
      With the "12 month full membership pack", you will benefit from access to prompt assistance with anything that may concern you regarding your property purchase (by telephone, e-mail or fax).
      e.g.
    1. 1 - If your query can be resolved simply, there will be no extra fee,
    2. 2 - If your query is more complex, the administrative fee will be applied,
